A First

I just had my first experience with painting cork. I have covered cork boards with fabric but never painted them. One of my professors wanted one to hang on her door. I used the MC logo and colors.
My "vision" for this was a whimsical patchwork and I think I achieved that.
A lot of teachers have door hangers designating their room, and I really like the idea of using a cork board. It is still cute and fun but practical as well.

The Finished Product...a 17x23 framed cork board with coordinating ribbon

Nat Kat Designs has slowly evolved into what it is today. After designing things here and there and with the encouragement from others, I finally decided to "brand" my creations. The name came from my sister, who used to call me "Nat Kat". My name is Natalie Kate so this seemed to fit. The rest, as they say, is history! Thanks for visiting! ~Natalie Barham
